All transactions taking place on Bayya.com are in Qatari Riyal even if you choose to display the prices in another currency.
Bayya.com is partenered with MYFatoorah for accepting the online payment or through the POS machines for car on delivery and we do not collect or store any of your card details. However, all the security policies implemented by Bayya.com are subjected to bypassing if the end-user accesses the website through an infected machine or device. In such scenarios, you agree to take full responsibility for the security that has been compromised and any resulted consequences. 9.Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order will be accepted, dispatched and shipped as soon as our customer service agents receive a confirmation through a telephone call. Bayya.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any given point without any liability if deemed necessary. Below points include but are not limited to the reasons that may lead to an order cancellation:

• When the Delivery call is not answered by the customer for 3 consecutive days from the date of placing the order.

• If there is an unintentional error made on the website in terms of the prices or quantities of the products the order contains. Either the order will be amended or cancelled as seemed fit by Bayya.net and comreserves the right in its sole discretion.

• If there is an unintentional error made on the website in terms of the availability of the product, you shall be notified.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. The return fees will be 25 QAR, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

You are responsible for the content of the customizations, including but not limited to the text and images. Bayya Store reserves the right to reject or cancel any customization that is deemed unethical or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Once the customization has been printed, no refunds will be accepted.
